SSCC COVID-19 Current Status

To All Members and Guests,
As a community-based organisation, we are taking advice on COVID–19 (Coronavirus) seriously. As of the Annual general Meeting held 28th April 2022 we have decided to relax our rulings on
the need for sighting vaccination certificates.
We will continue to monitor state regulations as and when they change.

At this time we kindly request that all persons visiting the lodge do so only when they are healthy and not showing any covid like symptoms.

No one is to travel to the lodge or attempt to gain access to the lodge without written approval from the Booking Officer.

If you are going to the lodge we require that all persons take with you an appropriate amount of hand wipes and medical grade sanitisers as we cannot
guarantee that we can maintain suitable stock levels of these at the lodge.

Please respect all of the latest government travel and physical distancing guidelines that may be in place at the time of your booking.

If you or any of your guests are sick or are displaying flu like symptoms DO NOT visit the lodge

If you are visiting the lodge, you are required to take with you, your own pillows, fitted sheets, blankets etc.

When sleeping at the lodge you MUST USE your own sheets even if you are using a sleeping bag. Do not rely on just the mattress protector.

If you or any of your travelling companions become sick or get flu like symptoms while you are staying at the lodge
Please notify the club and return to your home immeadiately after sanitising your room and bathroom.

If you have visited the lodge and develop Covid-19 it is critical that you contact the club and make the board aware of your positive reading ASAP so we can make
immediate contact with other members and guests and organise for lodge cleaning/sanitising.

Please DO NOT Make any booking payments until we provide you with a booking confirmation.

Persons who do not cooperate with SSCC and/or Government advice in relation to COVID-19 will be fully liable to any fines that maybe issued by govermnent authorities
in relation to your non authorised prescense at the lodge.

Should you experience difficulties making a booking online please contact the booking officer via email with details of your booking requirement.
The booking officer will get back to you in the coming days about your request.
